Junior Tech Support Representative

Responsibilities:

• Actively monitoring and answering any client’s requests and queries via email or helpdesk
• Performing manual Quality Assurance, ensuring that the result matches program specifications and meets or exceeds client expectations
• Actively work to resolve identified issues in your area of expertise
• Assist in creating, and monitoring, reporting related to your area of expertise
• Creating a user manual with a focus on recurring problems
• Writing documentations

Requirements:

• Experience in QA is an advantage
• Understanding of SQL
• Basic experience in software application support
• Understanding of the customer journey
• Strong communication skills and a high level of articulation are required
• High proficiency in MS Office and web technologies
• Fluency in English
